Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers cancellations and refunds for CodePrep Pro. The free plan costs nothing, so nothing here applies to it. To cancel or ask for a refund, email support@codeprep.dev from your account address, or cancel a recurring plan yourself from the app.
Cancelling a recurring plan
You can cancel the Monthly or Annual plan at any time from the app. Cancelling stops the next charge and keeps your Pro access until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't charge a cancellation fee.
Refunds
- Within 14 days of a charge — if you've made little or no use of Pro since that charge, email us and we'll refund it in full. This covers a first purchase and an annual renewal alike.
- After 14 days — Monthly and Annual plans aren't refunded for the period already running; cancel and your access continues to the end of it.
- Job Hunt Pass — refundable in full within 14 days of purchase if you've barely used it. After that it's non-refundable, because it is a one-time three-month grant rather than a renewing subscription.
How a refund is paid
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within a few business days. A refund ends the Pro access it paid for.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy reduces any refund or cancellation right the law gives you as a consumer in your country. Where the law requires more than this policy offers, the law applies.
